Dubai's most expensive packages will set you back at least $4,000
Love does cost some bling
Cost: $68,000 (AED250,000)
If you’ve been looking for the most lavish way to pop the question on Valentine’s Day, look no further than the Diamond Dining experience at Gaucho Dubai. It begins with a chauffeur driven Bentley ride to the venue in DIFC where you can enjoy a seven-course meal with rare vintage grape pairings in Gaucho’s private dining room while being surrounded by 300 red roses from luxury brand Maison de Fleurs. End the night with a 2002 bottle of Boerl & Kroff bubbly before being presented with his and hers Rolex Date Just watches and engraved Gaucho steak-knives – that’s if she says yes, of course.
How deep are your pockets?
Cost: $14,000 (AED51,700)
Book the famous bridge suite which connects the towers at the Atlantis on the Palm Jumeirah to get a full view of the man-made island from one side and the ocean from the other. Enjoy the 924 square metres suite which provides 24/7 butler service and opt for a complimentary swim with the dolphins at the hotel’s Dolphin Bay afterwards.
An even more romantic (and cheaper) option is the underwater suite which is 164 square metres and boasts floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Atlantis aquarium where you can wake up to enjoy sights of 65,000 marine inhabitants including sharks, and all for just AED16,500. The free dolphin encounter is also included.
If you’re simply looking to dine at the Atlantis, opt for the Platinum Package in seafood restaurant Ossiano with floor to ceiling window views into the aquarium. For AED15,000 per couple, enjoy a 7 course menu with free flow of bubbly, a personalised message and giveaways.
Come fly with me
Cost: $6,800 (AED25,000)

Enjoy a two night stay at a 3-bedroom villa serviced by a private butler who will serve an indulgent breakfast each morning. Daily romantic activities include a bicycle tour of Hatta with a tour guide, a Chef’s Table experience at sunset, a couple’s massage in the villa or a milk bath prepared in the villa’s private jacuzzi, a romantic horse ride with Hatta horses, a pedalboat ride for two at Hatta Dam and a private movie night at the Gazebo Pool under the moonlight sky.
If you’re afraid of heights or just want to ditch the helicopter ride, opt for the same package minus the flying from AED6,800 for a 2 night stay.
