Services to be delivered by sister company DUBZ
Dnata’s Marhaba hospitality brand has expanded its offering to include home check-in and baggage disinfection services.
The addition will allow passengers to complete the flight check-in process safely in Dubai up to 24 hours before their flight.
Marhaba's home check-in services are delivered by its sister company, DUBZ. During the process, DUBZ agents check in travellers for their flights, print their boarding passes, weigh and tag their baggage and ensure that they are delivered to the airport and loaded onto the aircraft.
All baggage is treated with disinfectant to remove any germs and provide protection from microbes for up to 72 hours. At the airport, customers are met by marhaba agents who fast-track them through immigration.
