Noura Al Kaabi, chief executive officer at twofour54, has received an honorary degree in recognition of her outstanding achievements in business and empowering women.
The Protocol School of Washington (PSOW), a US based education institution, awarded Al Kaabi during the institution’s Global Education Summit, held recently in Washington, USA.
She spoke to the summit’s audience of more than 250 people about women in leadership roles and shared her experiences of being a female chief executive in the Middle East.
“I am honoured to be recognised by the Protocol School of Washington,” she said.
“The school is a trusted counsel to governments and industries worldwide, and has been instrumental in equipping professionals such as myself with the unique skill sets required to succeed in today’s multicultural business environment.”
Under her stewardship, twofour54 – the commercial arm of the Abu Dhabi Media Zone Authority – has incubated more than 260 local, regional and international companies to date.
