UAE condemns terror attacks on polio vaccinators in Pakistan

The UAE today condemned in the strongest possible terms the terrorist bomb blasts on Saturday in Pakistan's north-western tribal region, killing 12 and injuring 12 policemen who were guarding polio vaccinators.

''The terrorist blast reveals the cruelty of its perpetrators, HH Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Foreign Minister, affirmed in a statement to state news agency WAM, expressing the UAE's solidarity with the government of Pakistan in its efforts to combating the black terrorism.

Sheikh Abdullah called on countries of the world to stand together in the fight against terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.

He also expressed his heart-felt condolences to Pakistani government and the bereaved families of the victims. He also wished speedy recovery to those injured in the attack.
