UAE-based Sobha Group has announced the launch of Hartland Aflux as part of its Sobha Hartland Greens phase 3 development in Dubai.
More than 70 percent of apartments in phases 1 and 2 of the project set in the heart of Dubai have already sold out, the developer said in a statement.
Hartland Aflux, which fall under the affordable luxury segment, will comprise studios, plus 1,2,3 bedroom apartments in two L shaped buildings.
Sobha said the new apartments will have unobstructed views of the Dubai Canal with a generous spread of 2.4 million sq.ft. of green spaces and villa communities around it.
Phase 3 is scheduled for completion in October 2019, it added.

Phase 3 residents will have access to a pool along with a waterfall, jogging track and kids play on podium level.
