Bloom Properties says third phase of flagship development will feature 147 homes; set for 2017 completion
Bloom Properties has announced the start of construction of phase 3 of its Bloom Gardens project in Abu Dhabi that will feature 147 homes.
Bloom Gardens Phase 3, which comprises three bedroom townhouses, semi-detached three bedroom villas and four and five bedroom villas, is set for completion and handover by the first quarter of 2017, the company said in a statement.
One third of the project, which is available on freehold basis to UAE nationals, has already been sold, it added.
Sameh Muhtadi, CEO of Bloom Holding, said: "We are excited to announce the commencement of construction works at Bloom Gardens - Phase 3. This phase is a major milestone in the completion of the master-planned community, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to delivering quality projects on time every time."
He added: "Given the persistent demand for the Bloom Gardens project, Bloom Properties is committed to completing the project in line with the highest construction and quality standards and specifications."
Bloom Gardens is a gated community development that offers round-the-clock security, a community centre that will open its doors this summer, as well as the Bloom nursery and a poly clinic.
The project is also home to Brighton College Abu Dhabi that was established in 2011 by Bloom Education in association with Brighton College-UK.
