Petrol prices in the UAE are set to go up again next month.

After a drop in prices in October for the first time in five months in August, prices rose slightly in September by five fils for unleaded 98.

The Ministry of Energy, in its monthly announcement, said the price for unleaded 98 will be AED 1.90 per litre on November 1, up from AED1.81 in October.

The price of Unleaded 95 increase to AED 1.79 per litre, up from AED 1.70, while unleaded 91 will also increase from AED 1.63 to AED 1.72.

The cost of diesel will see the sharpest increase in price, at AED 1.91 per litre from next month, up from AED 1.76 – an increase of 8.5%.
