UAE's Sheikh Saif wins top award at AB gala dinner
HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan received the Business Innovation award at the Arabian Business Awards in Dubai.

HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates, received the Business Innovation at the annual Arabian Business Gala Awards Dinner, which took place in Dubai on Monday night.

Sheikh Saif, who is also UAE Minister of Interior, received his award in the presence of some of the biggest names in business and politics from across the Gulf.

Throughout his career, Sheikh Saif has held several leadership positions, including Director General of the Abu Dhabi Police, before being appointed UAE Deputy Prime Minister on May 11, 2009.

Other high profile winners on the night included Arab Bank, Saudi Arabian Airlines, Indian businessman Yusuffali M A and Emaar boss Mohamed Alabbar.

The event took place at the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel, with former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair the guest of honour and keynote speaker.
