“The government infrastructure projects in Dubai, and in particular Dubai Investments Park has become a strong incentive to support and develop the real estate projects; hence the development of new routes and transport infrastructure is playing a significant role in real estate expansion, and it’s definitely an essential key motive for us to implement a development plan to execute new projects for both residential and commercial.”
A Vivek Anandarajah, senior vice president of Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast, added: “We are pleased to have been selected by Union Properties as this is a great opportunity to be commissioned work on such a quality project... we are confident to deliver a successful project to Union Properties in line with the highest standards of quality.”For all the latest construction news from the UAE and Gulf countries, follow us on Twitter and Linkedin, like us on Facebook and subscribe to our YouTube page, which is updated daily.
