Guinea Ebola outbreak ‘unprecedented’

Doctors Without Borders have described an outbreak of the deadly Ebola virus in Guinea as ‘unprecedented’, with 78 people having already died in the West African country. Officials say the spread of the disease has made it very difficult to control.
