The Dominican Republic braces for complex elections

Voters in the Dominican Republic are going to the polls on Sunday in one of the most complex elections in recent history - which includes selecting a president and members of congress.

Relations with neighbouring Haiti have been high on the political agenda. Political turmoil there has forced thousands of Haitians to seek better opportunities in the Dominican Republic.
