Video Exclusive - Inside Qatar’s first prototype stadium

ABTV goes inside Qatar's air-conditioned stadium

Temperatures in Qatar can reach above 50 degrees Celsius in the summer but the Gulf state plans to cool each of its World Cup 2022 stadiums as well as ‘fan zones’ using the latest in modern technology.

The Islamic state has tackled the soaring summer heats by constructing climate controlled, zero-carbon emitting stadiums.

ABTV takes a look inside the prototype stadium the country used to woo FIFA officials during an inspection in September and talks to Dario Cadavid, technical bid book project manager, about how the technology works.
