Yahsat launches secure satellite service

YahSecure to provide secure satellite services to military and government customers across EMEA and Asia

Abu Dhabi-based Yahsat has announced the launch of new secure satellite communications service for military and government organizations.
The YahSecure service will provide reliable and secure communications across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East, primarily to government, military and enterprise users for important applications.
The service will be provided by Yahsat’s Ka band satellite, and will also include back up networks to ensure continuity of service.
Jassem Al Zaabi, CEO of Yahsat commented: “YahSecure will address the satellite communications requirements of government and military of the region. It will cater to diverse customer segments including armed forces, border control, coast guards, embassy networks, government agencies by providing breach proof encryption services and robust levels of security for mission-critical applications.”
