ZAS/PSE merger to offer unique full-service design services

Services to include architecture, planning and interior design.

ZAS/PSE, the merger between Canadian architectural firm ZAS which has been operating in the UAE for the last three years, and UAE based Port Saeed Engineering, the architectural arm of S.S. Lootah Group, announced the expansion of its services which will now include full-service design, planning and implementation with unlimited license.

“The ZAS/PSE merger creates a permanent entity based in Dubai that brings together the international design expertise of ZAS for over 20 years and the local experience of PSE for over 30 years,” said DJ Armin, managing partner of ZAS/PSE.

“This unique combination enables us to offer multifaceted architecture, planning and high-quality design consulting to cater to the demands of the local market and reinforces the group’s expertise in architecture, engineering and construction,” he added.

ZAS/PSE projects include the Duja Tower on Sheikh Zayed road, Islands at ‘The World’, several projects at the Jumeirah village, Motor city, Meydan city, Dubai Waterfront and the Dubai promenade.

“Our designs embody innovation, progress and sustainability in line with the demands of the revolutionary construction boom in the region. Therefore, our designs draw a fine balance between practical utility and aesthetic values to create a public realm of the highest standards”, said Armin.
