Tunisian 25-year old writer Samar Samir Mezghanni appeared twice in the Guinness Book of Records in 2000 as the world’s youngest writer and again in 2002 as the world’s most prolific writer. Mezghani has produced over a hundred short stories for children and published 14 books.
Some of her stories have been adapted for children’s television in Egypt. Mezghanni was the first Arab youngster to attend and speak at an Arab summit at the Arab Economic Summit in Kuwait.
