Set up by S Kumar Wadhawan, the group focuses primarily on the automotive industry, with dealerships in India and parts distribution outlets in Kuwait and the UAE. The group’s sales outlets and divisions are coordinated on a daily basis from its 50,000 sq ft central warehouse in Kuwait.

Wadhawan is also chairman of the Indian Business Council in Kuwait, which was established in 2001 to promote Indian business, trade and investment.
