Crown Prince orders freeze on Dubai gov’t fees

Sheikh Hamdan said the decision is aimed at promoting Dubai’s economic competitiveness

Sheikh Hamdan, Dubai Crown Prince, said the emirate’s government fees will remain unchanged for the next three years.

The move is in line with UAE Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed’s ruling last week, when he directed that federal fees for government services in the UAE will not increase for at least three years.

Sheikh Hamdan said the decision is aimed at promoting Dubai’s economic competitiveness, enhancing social stability and supporting investments in the emirate.
