Dubai's Damac launches new Maison Royal hotel apartments

52-storey tower in Downtown features a fine casual dining restaurant, luxury spa and rooftop lounge overlooking the Burj Khalifa

Luxury property developer Damac has opened the doors to its latest project, Damac Maison Royale The Distinction hotel apartments in Downtown Dubai.

The 52-storey tower is the sixth hotel managed by the firm’s hospitality arm Damac Hotels & Resorts.

It features contemporary style combined with Arabian design elements seen through its spacious units, which include fully serviced deluxe rooms as well as two and three-bedroom suites complemented by a fully-fitted kitchen.

The five-star property includes a luxury spa with steam and sauna rooms, recreational facilities and a fully-equipped health club.

Wael Al Lawati, SVP of International Development at Damac Properties said, “With the opening of Damac Maison Royale The Distinction, we look forward to offering superior hospitality in a luxurious property which is located in the most desirable location of Downtown Dubai.”

The hotel also houses the only Casper & Gambini’s fine casual dining restaurant in Dubai, located on the ground floor, which serves an extensive international menu.

Furthermore, a shisha lounge is situated on the sixth floor of the property and offers guests views of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai skyline.

Damac Hotels & Resorts currently has over 13,000 hospitality units in the pipeline.
