Gabriele Metz took on her current position at Ericsson in 2013. The RMEA at Ericsson comprises 22 countries spread out across the Middle East, Asia and Africa. In this role, Metz works closely with business and HR leaders to design and execute talent management solutions that address regional challenges and ensure positive business performance.
