Quess Corp Ltd, a subsidiary of travel firm Thomas Cook, has acquired Dubai-based Styracorp Management Services and IME Consultancy for an undisclosed sum.
Styracorp provides human resources staffing solutions in the Middle East, a statement said.
“The acquisition marks the entry of Quess people and services business in the Middle East,” Thomas cook said in a stock market filing.
Quess is a business services provider headquartered in Bangalore, with operations across eight countries.
