UAE’s Azizi says to launch $138m Dubai serviced residential project

Developer announces plan for Azizi Aliyah in Dubai Healthcare City; scheduled for completion in 2018

UAE-based developer Azizi Developments has announced a new project called Azizi Aliyah in the emerging Dubai Healthcare City.

The fully-serviced residence is scheduled for completion in 2018 and valued at about AED470 million ($128 million), the developer said in a statement.

It added that the project will feature 191 studio apartments, 135 one-bedroom apartments, and 20 two-bedroom apartments.

Farhad Azizi, CEO of Azizi Developments, said: “Azizi Aliyah encompasses our line of luxury apartments that cater towards the lavish, healthy lifestyle of professionals and nuclear families. Affluent singles, business owners, families and investors will also be treated to valet services, concierge, contemporary, healthy living, and green spaces.”

Spread across a total construction area of 482,123 square feet, Azizi Aliyah will be close to transportation, outdoor sports facilities, community retail centre, common areas, landscaped gardens, schools, private pool, spa, and gym, the developer added.
