Content creator MrBeast (Jimmy Donaldson) will partner with Dubai’s Billion Followers Summit to launch the “1 Billion Acts of Kindness” campaign — the world’s largest social movement led by creators to promote kindness and community impact.
Supported by the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives (MBRGI) and the Varkey Foundation, the campaign officially launches on November 7, with MrBeast calling on creators worldwide to unite behind a shared mission: to generate one billion acts of kindness that create real social impact.
How the campaign works
The 1 Billion Followers Summit invites content creators to submit a video demonstrating their community impact — from local volunteering efforts to global awareness campaigns — before December 1, 2025, using the hashtags #1BKindness and #1BillionSummit.
Submissions can be made through 1billionsummit.com/mrbeast.
Entries will be evaluated based on authenticity, storytelling, creativity, and positive impact by the 1 Billion Followers Summit, MBRGI, the Varkey Foundation, and Beast Industries.
The 1 Billion Followers Summit will reveal the top 10 creators with the most impactful acts in Dubai from January 9–11, 2026.
These selected creators will then collaborate directly with MrBeast and his team to produce and document large-scale acts of kindness for his global audience.
MrBeast community support
The campaign encompasses a wide range of community initiatives, from helping the elderly, homeless and People of Determination, to raising awareness for social causes, organising donation drives, and planting trees.
Jeff Housenbold, CEO of Beast Industries, said: “We’ve shown that social impact content has the power to change the world — and we’re only just beginning. Through this partnership, we’ll accelerate our mission to empower children in need and inspire a kinder, more compassionate world.”
Sunny Varkey, Founder of the Varkey Foundation, said: “Education is the greatest gift we can give — it transforms lives, families, and entire communities. Through this campaign, we want to celebrate stories of kindness and compassion, and showcase the many imaginative ways education can open doors, create hope, and expand opportunity.”
Alia Al Hammadi, Vice Chairperson of the UAE Government Media Office and CEO of the 1 Billion Followers Summit, said: “Through the partnership to launch the 1 Billion Acts of Kindness campaign, the 1 Billion Followers Summit seeks to harness the power of content for major humanitarian causes.
“This aligns perfectly with the Summit’s mission and belief that social-impact content creators have the power to drive tangible positive change.”
She added that the partnership, backed by MBRGI and the Varkey Foundation, is “a call for unity” that “rallies people behind a global movement led by content creators to spread kindness, generosity and solidarity, creating real change that empowers communities and inspires hope.”
Al Hammadi affirmed that launching the campaign during the 2026 Summit will “drive its momentum, inspiring millions of content creators and their followers to transform individual acts into a global movement.”
A growing global platform
Now in its fourth edition, the 1 Billion Followers Summit has grown into the world’s largest gathering of content creators. In 2025, it hosted influencers with a combined reach of 2.3 billion followers, establishing itself as the ideal platform to amplify the 1 Billion Acts of Kindness campaign and transform online influence into real-world impact.
