Dubai real estate developer Binghatti has announced the sale of the most expensive penthouse ever sold in the city for AED550m ($150m) at Bugatti Residences by Binghatti.
The record-breaking deal was concluded by Binghatti’s Chief Sales Officer Abdullah Binghatti and sets a new benchmark for Dubai’s property market.
The transaction also achieved the highest price per square foot ever recorded in Business Bay, reaching AED11,650 per sq ft ($3,172).

Spanning 47,200sq ft, the ultra-exclusive penthouse underscores demand for Bugatti Residences by Binghatti, the world’s first Bugatti-branded residential development.
The project has already attracted a roster of global names, with football superstar Neymar Jr, Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli, and international footballer Aymeric Laporte among those who have purchased residences within the development.
