Six Senses, in collaboration with Dubai real estate developer Select Group, has announced the launch of their latest project, Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina.
The 122-story development will stand at 517 meters tall, making it the world’s tallest residential tower on completion.
True to its wellness-centric philosophy, Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina will incorporate wellness infrastructure and amenities into its design ethos. The development aims to provide its residents with a holistic lifestyle experience, with a focus on sustainability, well-being, and happiness.
The development will comprise of 251 residences, ranging from two- to four-bedroom deluxe residences, half-floor penthouses, as well as duplex and triplex Sky Mansions. Each residence will offer bespoke features such as personalised wellness wardrobes and a range of amenities to promote residential health.

Amenities include fitness facilities, an infinity pool, ice baths, a salt room, sound healing rooms, massage suites, indoor and outdoor cinemas, and a longevity clinic providing a range of services to enhance revitalisation. The tower will also have a “Skydeck” with landscaped social spaces on the 109th-floor.

The development follows the successful partnership between Select Group and Six Senses for the award-winning Six Senses Residences The Palm, Dubai which signifies Six Senses’ first-ever standalone residential development.
The project will be guided by the architectural firm WSP Middle East and Woods Bagot, with interiors designed by Mitchell & Eades. In addition, Energy & Space will provide health and wellness design strategies.
Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina is currently at 25 percent completion and is scheduled for handover in 2028.
