JetBrains, the creator of AI-enhanced software development tools trusted by more than 15 million users and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 companies, has announced a strategic partnership with the DMCC AI Centre, a leading hub for artificial intelligence (AI) and innovation in the UAE. The collaboration aims to accelerate AI-driven innovation, entrepreneurship, and technical excellence within Dubai’s fast-growing technology landscape.
The agreement marks a significant milestone in JetBrains’ expansion across the MENA region, as the company strengthens its local presence to support the growing developer community and extend access to its cutting-edge tools.
Under the partnership, JetBrains UAE and the DMCC AI Centre will collaborate to empower startups, developers, and enterprises operating within the DMCC Free Zone and beyond. By combining JetBrains’ software development expertise with DMCC’s dynamic innovation ecosystem, the initiative seeks to advance the adoption and responsible use of AI technologies across diverse industries.
As part of the initiative, JetBrains will provide DMCC member companies with six months of complimentary access to up to ten IDE, Team/Learning, and AI Assistant Pro subscriptions, followed by a 50% discount from the seventh month onwards.

The partnership will extend beyond access to tools and training, encompassing thought leadership and ecosystem development. JetBrains and DMCC plan to co-organise AI challenges and hackathons focused on solving real-world problems across key sectors, as well as explore opportunities to co-exhibit at major international technology events.
In addition, both organisations will co-host a series of events designed to foster dialogue, collaboration, and knowledge exchange among industry leaders, policymakers, and developers. This programme will include educational workshops and training sessions contributing to the development of AI policy frameworks and best practices throughout the region.
The JetBrains–DMCC partnership underscores a shared commitment to advancing AI innovation through collaboration, education, and practical application. Together, the two entities aim to build sustainable AI ecosystems that nurture talent, attract investment, and drive meaningful progress across industries.
As part of the collaboration, JetBrains and DMCC will also explore the potential launch of joint AI-focused accelerator programmes to further strengthen Dubai’s position as a global centre for AI innovation.
