Dnata, the global air and travel services provider, has secured a multi-year contract with Royal Jordanian Airlines at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) in New York.
The agreement extends the existing partnership between the two companies in the USA.
Under the new contract, dnata will provide passenger, ramp and baggage services for Royal Jordanian’s daily flights between JFK Terminal Eight and Queen Alia International Airport in Amman. The services will cater to approximately 125,000 passengers on 360 annual flights.

The company already provides ground handling services to Royal Jordanian in Detroit since 2019.
At JFK, the company serves over 30 airlines across three terminals, handling over 21,000 flights annually with a team of 1,100 aviation professionals.
In the USA, dnata offers ground handling, logistics and cargo services to more than 70 airline customers, employing 3,300 staff.
The company handled over 60,000 flights, 18 million passengers and 200,000 tonnes of cargo in the 2023-24 financial year.
Globally, dnata operates in over 30 countries across six continents, providing a range of air and travel services.
In the 2023-24 financial year, the company handled over 778,000 aircraft turns, moved over 2.9 million tonnes of cargo, and uplifted 123 million meals.
