A successful future for the Middle East depends on five critical factors – digitisation, decarbonisation, localisation, privatisation and modernisation, Stephen Anderson, Partner, Middle East Markets Leader at PwC tells AB Talks.
Anderson was speaking following the release of PwC’s 25th Global CEO Survey. Broadly, the survey found that the region’s business leaders are looking to 2022 with renewed optimism. And, he notes that a lot of this optimism is built on the success that the UAE has had in combatting Covid-19. Bloomberg currently ranks the UAE as the number one most pandemic-resilient country in the world.
