Rental yield reflects the amount of value derived through a property that is viewed as an investment. It ascertains the difference between the income received in the form of rent and the overall costs of the property.
According to bayut and Dubizzle’s recent Dubai Property Market Report for Q1 2022, Dubai Sports City has topped the return on investment (ROI) chart at 7.94 percent for apartments, based on projected rental yields.
