Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah that is working to develop a plan to build vital projects that would help making Kuwait an international financial and commercial center.
