In pictures: UAE landmarks lit up in honour of Ireland’s National Day
The expansive dunes of the Arabian Desert was one of 10 iconic UAE landmarks that stood vast and tall in green this year, to mark Ireland’s National Day (St. Patrick’s Day) and 10th annual Global Greening initiative by Tourism Ireland.
The magnificent Burj Khalifa illuminated 830m of green for the second consecutive year.
