Philippines and US stage war games
Philippine marines have joined US troops for a training session, with more than 5,000 military personnel staging mock assault simulations as part of the two countries’ annual war games. Taking place in Ternate town, Cavite province, the focus of this year’s games was on maritime security, with soldiers from both armies working together to practice best defence techniques.
