Business centre at Bahrain Bay’s United Tower to open

Facility will include 83 private offices and suites as well as a modern business lounge

A business centre is set to open in Bahrain Bay’s United Tower following a deal between the skyscraper’s owners, global real estate consultant and property management firm CBRE and the world’s largest provider of workspace solutions, Regus.

The mixed-use, 50 floor tower is strategically located in the heart of Bahrain’s central business district and offers 26,000sqm of commercial office space. It will house the business centre on its 34th floor, reported Gulf Daily News.

Operated by Regus, it will feature a serviced office facility with 83 private offices and suites as well as a modern business lounge and co-working spaces. All offices will overlook Manama city views and sea views.

“United Tower is an iconic addition to Manama’s developing skyline. The commercial assets at the tower are competitively priced, versatile enough to suit the needs of most business models, offer stylish amenities and ample parking space,” CBRE Bahrain senior director and general manager Richard Botham said.
