Residents in Bahrain and Qatar felt tremors on Tuesday afternoon from the deadly earthquake that struck in South Asia.
At least 275 people were killed when a massive earthquake that hit northern Afghanistan and Pakistan, over a wide swath of mostly mountainous terrain.
Tremors from the earthquake were felt in Bahrain at around 12.15pm, causing panic among any residents, according to the Daily Tribune.
The tremors were also felt in Qatar, with tremors felt in West Bay, Al Sadd, old Airport and other parts of the country shortly before 12:30pm, according to Doha News. Some residents were evacuated from their buildings as a result of the quakes.
