Celebrity chefs, bakers, nutritionists and food business experts from the region and around the globe will lead food enthusiasts in the UAE on an exciting culinary adventure when the ‘Cookery Corner’ opens at the 41st Sharjah International Book Fair (SIBF), slated for November 2–13.
From fusion cuisine and modernised adaptations to traditional and easy preparations, a coveted line-up of internationally renowned chefs and experts are expected to share their expertise and few live demo sessions at the event.
Among the many notable chefs and experts include Dr. Nourhan Kandil and Sally Fouad from Egypt, Christina Bowerman, Alessandro Borghese, Damiano Carrara, and Luca Montersino from Italy, Vicky Ratnani from India and Vindex Tengker from Indonesia.
A highly respected health coach with an MBA from Paris Business School, Dr. Nourhan Kandil is a certified nutritionist and the author of two bestselling books while her compatriot, Sally Fouad, a healthy nutrition and cooking expert, is a popular television host.
Participants can look forward to great conversations, brilliant insights into the culinary world and sample food prepared by the masters.
Visitors at SIBF 2022 will also have the opportunity to buy signed copies of the participating chefs’ latest cookbooks at the 12-day fair.
