Dubai recorded real estate transactions worthAED2.472bn ($674m) on Thursday.
There were 456 sales transactions worth AED1.82bn ($496m), in addition to 78 mortgage deals of AED351.06m ($96m), and 18 gift deals amounting to AED301.08m ($82m) on Thursday, data released by the city Land Department.
The sales included 393 villas and apartments worth AED1.46bn ($398m), and 63 land plots worth AED359.9m ($98m).
Dubai property deals
The mortgages included 53 villas and apartments worth AED89.76m ($24.4m) and 25 land plots valued at AED261.31m ($71.1m).
