A record-breaking real estate transaction has taken place in Dubai with the sale of an AED148 million villa located in Emirates Hills. The 19-bedroom villa fetched the fourth-highest price ever achieved for a villa in Emirates Hills.
Sold by Dubai Sotheby’s International Realty, the high-end realty brokerage now holds the record for the third most expensive villa sold in Dubai this year.
Situated in the exclusive Emirates Hills community, the palatial villa encompasses 80,000 sq. ft. of land area and 55,700 sq. ft. of living space, making it one of the largest residential homes in Dubai.
