AMIS Development announced today that enabling works have reached completion at The Woodland Residences in Dubai’s District 11, Meydan.
The AED 425 million development, which launched in January 2024, sold out within a week. The project spans 220,000 square feet of sellable area.
AMIS has collaborated with Laminam to integrate Automobili Lamborghini-branded surfaces throughout each villa. The firm previously awarded the main construction contract to Dar Al Aayan Contracting.
In November 2024, First APAC Fund VCC from Singapore signed an MOU to invest AED 5 billion in AMIS Development.

Located 12 minutes from Downtown Dubai, each residence includes a private pool and elevator. The properties feature terraces overlooking the Burj Khalifa and Dubai’s skyline.
The development includes a 100-metre swimmable lagoon for residents, along with a clubhouse, community centre, international schools, shopping centres, and sports facilities.
