Dubai’s DMCC and Ellington Properties break ground on the Upper House project in Jumeirah Lakes Tower (JLT). The AED715 million project is due for completion by early 2026. The groundbreaking ceremony took place on Tuesday.
Upper House will feature 754 units offering studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments. Apartment views will include Jumeirah Islands and the Dubai Marina skyline.
Upper House: A milestone partnership

Features of the development includes a 37-metre horizon pool, interactive fitness studio, a health club, climbing wall, yoga studio, sky spa, padel court and basketball court. Residents will also have access to a movie theatre, residential clubhouse, a record lounge, podcast room, pet play area, kids splash pad, skate park and outdoor barbeque area.
