Nakheel, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has unveiled the third phase of Bay Grove Residences on Dubai Islands, building on the successful launch of the previous phase in late 2023.
Located on Island B, the new phase comprises three buildings with 241 residential units designed to maximise water views and provide easy access to Crystal Beach.
The development features a common landscaped podium and basement parking.

The residential options include one- to three-bedroom apartments and open-layout four-bedroom duplexes.
Each residence features curved balconies creating a connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, with floor-to-ceiling windows, ensuite bathrooms, and walk-in closets.
Residents will have direct access to the beach, a green boardwalk, and an exclusive raised ocean pool. An adjacent park provides space for outdoor activities and community events.
The development includes several amenities, such as an infinity lap pool on the upper podium overlooking the Dubai skyline, a fitness centre, and a kid’s club with interactive space. The residences are pet-friendly, with dedicated pet washing areas.
Dubai Islands is a waterfront destination comprising five islands with 17 square kilometres of land and 20 kilometres of beaches.
The location aligns with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan and is situated within 20 minutes of Downtown Dubai, Dubai International Airport, and marine ports.
