Dubai-based real estate company Samana Developers has launched an AED300 million ($82 million) residential project titled ‘Samana Golf Views’.
The project, which will be located at Dubai Sports City, will feature built-in private pools within its apartments overlooking The Els Club Golf Course.
The 14-Floor Samana Golf Views, which also has ground and parking floors, is part of multiple project launches which are planned during 2023, the developer said in a statement on Monday.
Spanning over 298935.90 sq ft, the residential project has access to both Al Khail Road and Hessa Street.
Dubai Sports City residents can also easily access Dubai International Cricket Stadium, the University of Balamand, Global Village, Victory Heights Primary School and the Wonder Years Nursery, Dubai Hills Mall, Mall of the Emirates, and Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa.

Samana Golf Views has 128 studio apartments, 52 one-bedroom apartments, 60 two-bedroom apartments, and 3 three-bedroom apartments. All apartments come with options of fully furnished or unfurnished, the statement added.
Amenities include private pools with apartments, a main swimming pool, a luxurious and large leisure pool deck, a kids’ pool, a kids’ play area, VR Golf Experience, a sauna and steam room, sports courts, a skate park, a jogging track, an outdoor cinema, a barbecue area, an indoor gym, an outdoor gym, a walking river, and the standard 24 hours security.

Residents can also opt for an eight-year payment plan as apartments prices start from AED649,000 ($176,692).
Samana Golf Views is scheduled for delivery in the second quarter of 2026.
