Sobha Realty has announced Sobha Solis, its first project of 2025 in Dubai Motor City, featuring 2,316 residences with prices starting at AED1.01 million.
The development marks the company’s entry into fully furnished apartments, comprising one to three-bedroom units.
The project incorporates Sobha Realty’s backward integration model for quality control and design.

The development includes the first Arsenal-branded gym, a sunken leisure pool, and facilities such as a jogging track, rock-climbing wall, tennis court, zen garden, and pet park.
The design features floor-to-ceiling windows and sound insulation, with each unit equipped with kitchen appliances.
Motor City‘s location provides access to shopping centres, dining venues, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions. Investment prospects include rental yields of approximately 9 per cent and capital appreciation of 32 per cent.
The project incorporates environmental features including double-glazed facades, energy-efficient HVAC systems, EV charging stations, and district cooling systems. The use of local materials aims to reduce environmental impact.
