Dubai Taxi Company (DTC) has signed a landmark long-term partnership with flexible payment provider, Tabby. The partnership aims to provide flexible payment methods to customers across all Dubai Taxi services.
This groundbreaking agreement marks a significant milestone in the UAE’s transportation sector.
This partnership seamlessly aligns with Dubai Taxi’s dedication to elevating customer happiness and well-being, featuring flexibility across several Dubai Taxi corporation services including multi-hour limousine services.
Dubai Taxi and Tabby join forces
The agreement was inked at the Dubai Taxi headquarters by Mansoor Rahma Al Falasi, CEO of DTC, and Hosam Arab, CEO and Co-Founder of Tabby alongside several dignitaries.

Upon introduction of the payment method, customers will have access to Tabby’s postpaid model interest-free credit balances and short-term installment programmes.
Al Falasi said, “We will also strive to enrich the mobility experience in Dubai and contribute to the city’s goal of becoming one of the happiest in the world,” emphasising that Dubai Taxi is the first company in the UAE to introduce a postpaid model for transport services.
This partnership aims to transform the way customers make payments for transport services, particularly for services such as multi-day limousine bookings.

Our partnership allows us to extend flexible payment options to a broader customer base through the smart services available on the Tabby app. This initiative will enable customers to optimise their financial resources while enjoying the transport services provided by Dubai Taxi.”
Dubai Taxi operates across several services including regular taxi services, VIP limousine services, bus services, last-mile delivery services and more.
