International Rubber Company (IRC), a subsidiary of M’Sharie, the private equity arm of Dubai Investments, has won a contract to supply curtain wall gaskets for Singapore’s tallest apartment building, The Sail, which is under construction at Marina Bay.
The deal will see IRC supply rubber gaskets for the exterior walls of the development, designed to form a seal against air, water and wind infiltration.
