The UAE Ministry of Health approved the timings of the health centers in the different medical districts in the northern emirates during Eid Al Fitr holiday, newswire WAM reported on Tuesday.
The announcement was made in implementation to the instructions of Dr. Hanif Hassan Ali Al Qassim, UAE Minister of Health, in order to provide outpatients with health services.
Dr Mahmood Fikri, Executive Director for Health Policies at the Ministry of Health said that the working hours considered the welfare of the society noting that the emergency wards in all hospitals will work 24/7.
The morning shift in the health centers will be from 8.00 am to 1.00 pm, while the evening shift will be from 5.00 pm to 11.00 pm.
