A new $545m (AED2bn) real estate development is being launched in Abu Dhabi’s Yas Bay in Yas Island district.
The Sea La Vie development comes from Nine Yards, a partnership between Ethmar International Holding and Al Nahda International Holding.
Driven by strong government incentives and the recovery of the economy leading sustainable growth post-COVID, real estate is riding the waves of a buoyant market which is need of exciting new projects, and Nine Yards is ideally placed to fill the gap in the demand for luxury homes.

Abu Dhabi real estate project Sea La Vie is located at Yas Bay will a residential project with a range of one to four-bedroom apartments, lofts, townhouses, duplexes and penthouses.
