AJi, a leading regional architecture, engineering, and project management consultancy, has signed an agreement with Numu Company to design and develop the Masar Branded Residences, an exclusive luxury residential project within the Masar Makkah Master Plan.
The signing took place during Cityscape Global in Riyadh, an event that gathers real estate and infrastructure leaders to discuss opportunities shaping Saudi Arabia’s urban future. The partnership supports Vision 2030’s goal of positioning the Kingdom as a global destination for sustainable development and world-class investment.
Located around three kilometres from Masjid al-Haram, Masar Branded Residences will offer panoramic views of the Holy City and combine modern architectural design with the cultural and spiritual essence of Makkah.
Spanning approximately 3,800 square metres, the project will include between 280 and 320 high-end apartments ranging from one- to three-bedroom units, as well as penthouses and duplexes. Around 70 per cent of the ground floor will be dedicated to retail and commercial spaces, complemented by five-star amenities to deliver a refined residential experience. AJi will provide full design services for the development.
