Complementing its 18 great holes, Dubai Creek Resort unveiled the Solenna Villas – 18 stunning individual, luxury one and two-bedroom villas that have been curated by Park Hyatt Dubai.

The property, positioned directly along the lagoon edge and the fairways of Dubai Creek Golf Club, will open in February 2026. The par-71 golf course, which has been redesigned by DP World Tour legend Thomas Bjorn, is a regular host of Tour events, and the US$2.75 million Dubai Invitational, the first event of the 2026 calendar featuring world No. 2 Rory McIlroy and No. 3 Tommy Fleetwood, will be played there.

Dubai’s new benchmark for golf living

The ultra-private golf resort combines luxury residential living with Park Hyatt Dubai’s hallmark refinements, and will be Dubai Creek Resort’s most premium accommodation tier to date. Located less than 15 minutes from Dubai International Airport (DXB), Solenna Villas will be ideal for international visitors.

Each villa spans 200-230 sqm, designed with abundant natural daylight, soft tonal interiors, natural textures, landscaped courtyards, and expansive terraces that open onto sunlit plunge pools and tranquil water views across the lagoon.

Solenna Villas guests will enjoy seamless access to the golf course, its floodlit driving range, premium coaching facilities, and the distinctive sail-shaped clubhouse that has long become iconic in the world of golf – for the fact that it is featured on the AED20 currency notes in the UAE.

Constanze Guetschow, Director of Sales & Marketing at Park Hyatt Dubai, said: “Solenna Villas embodies our philosophy of subtle elegance and personalised service. These are not simply accommodations – they are private sanctuaries where every detail, from the natural textures and abundant daylight to the dedicated host service, has been thoughtfully curated for guests seeking the distinguished luxury that defines Park Hyatt Dubai.”

Chris May, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Golf, added: “Solenna Villas represents the pinnacle of golf-centric luxury living in the region. For the golfer, waking up steps from one of the Middle East’s most celebrated championship courses, with exclusive golf privileges, private concierge services, and the tranquillity of the Creek at your doorstep – this is an unparalleled experience.”

The architectural design emphasises calm, balance and privacy, using materials that echo the surrounding fairways, shaded gardens and waterline. The villas feature freestanding bathtubs, rain showers, fully stocked private bars, smart-home integration, and generous indoor-outdoor living spaces ideal for families, groups and long-stay luxury travellers.

A dedicated 24-hour butler, in-villa dining by Park Hyatt Dubai chefs, daily housekeeping service, and optional in-villa wellness treatments are also being offered.

Beyond the villas, guests enjoy direct access to the resort’s Lagoon Beach, the adults-only 100-metre infinity lagoon; the Family Lagoon beach; Amara Spa; floodlit padel and tennis courts and a 24-hour fitness centre.

The guests will also be able to enjoy world-class dining facilities at the resort, including NOÉPE, Brasserie du Park, Asado Nights by Chef Rodrigo, Traiteur Brunch, Twiggy, Boardwalk, Lakeview, The Thai Kitchen, Jones the Grocer, Ibn AlBahr and QD’s Bar & Grill.
