Dubai property developer Seven Tides has announced record occupancy levels in two developments – Discovery Gardens and The Residences at Ibn Battuta Gate achieving 99.21 percent and 98.58 percent respectively.
Prices at Discovery Gardens start at AED56,500 per year for new residents and two-bedroom apartments lease at AED75,000 per year, both including amenities.
Seven Tides has ten buildings within the community with 1,528 apartments with access to its own metro station.
Discovery Gardens offer amenities including swimming pools, tennis court, children’s play area, basketball courts, volleyball courts, a mosque as well as tracks for cycling and jogging.
