The Dubai real estate sector recorded AED17.28bn ($4.7bn) of transactions last week, according to data from the Land Department.
Sales transactions dominated the figures, with AED12.91bn ($3.5bn), according to Land Department data.
In total there were 3,886 sales transactions recorded between March 17 and March 21.

Among the most expensive sales transactions listed on the Land Department website were:
- An apartment in AVA at Palm Jumeirah by Omniyat in Palm Jumeirah sold for AED73.4m ($20m)
- An apartment in The Alba Residences by Omniyat in Palm Jumeirah sold for AED50.86m ($13.8m)
- An apartment in The Alba Residences by Omniyat in Palm Jumeirah sold for AED49.48m ($13.5m)
The Land Department also showed mortgage deals worth AED3.52bn ($958.4m) last week.
Gift transactions in the same period were valued at AED850.6m ($231.7m).
