Dubai saw 537 sales transactions worth AED1.44bn ($392) on Wednesday, according to data from the city land department.
In addition, there were 79 mortgage deals with a value of AED193.57m ($52.7m).
Wednesday also saw 30 gift deals amounting to AED104.38m ($28.4m) the land department said.
Dubai property sales
The sales included 431 villas and apartments worth AED824.67m ($225m) and 106 land plots worth AED616.72m ($167m).
The mortgages included 65 villas and apartments worth AED104.22m ($28.4m) and 14 land plots valued at AED89.35m ($24.3m).
